Daryl Brown has been working in environmental management since 1998. As a consultant, he has managed varied and significant projects related to renewable energy and water (please refer to his curriculum vitae). At Envoca, the person you talk to about your project is the person who will manage the project and depending on the nature of the work, will most likely do all of the work. This contrasts with larger companies where you will talk to a client manager who will generally allocate it to whoever is available at the time. That could be the graduate.

Envoca prides itself on providing practical, workable solutions to the client’s needs whilst providing a positive environmental outcome. Daryl runs a small business and fully appreciates the economic imperative. We don’t gold plate projects. We take the time to understand the client’s requirements and scope the project accordingly.

Yes – we do take on large projects. We simply subcontract the best specialists available when required. Envoca provides the project management and in the case of an EIA, pulls the document together. This is similar to many large consultancies, however, they are bound to using internal resources whereas we have a choice and will hire the best people for the job.
